Delivery Information

At Palletprice we aim to give our customers the most efficient and reliable nationwide delivery service possible. You will receive an automated email within 24 hours acknowledging your order. Your order will be sent to Processing, Picking and Awaiting Delivery. At this point you will receive a telephone call from our nominated haulage company to book-in delivery of your pallet before it's dispatched. Deliveries are made between 10.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday to the authorised billing or delivery address.

Free Standard Nationwide Delivery* - Orders will be delivered within 5 - 7 working days.

Express Delivery* - Orders will be delivered within 3 days of order completion. Additional delviery chrage of £25 will apply.

Where the delivery lead time is know to be more than the standard lead times as stated above this information will be provided in the item details so buyers are fully aware of the expected delivery time before making a purchase.

Pallets are to be offloaded by the customer via their own fork lift truck or through their loading dock. Where the customer does not have this facility the pallet will be offloaded via the vehicle tail lift. It is the customers responsibility to take the goods inside. All goods must be signed for prior to taking the stock into their premises. Where the goods cannot be taken for any reason a refund is available however any additional delivery costs will not be refunded.
