Ordering
Q. How long are the deals available for?
The deals shown on the site are only available whilst stocks last. Many of the deals shown have limited stock availability and because stock is reserved for Palletprice whilst on the site many of our deals are only available for 24 – 48 hours. We recommend placing an order as soon as you see a pallet you want so you don’t miss out.
Q. Can I order over the phone?
We recommend placing orders online so you can see our real-time stock availability however you can contact our sales team on 07970 947021 to place your order over the phone if needed.
Q. Do you sell in full container quantities?
We will offer full container pricing where ever it is available however if you are interested in ordering full container quantities and pricing is not shown please email or phone to discuss your requirements. (We cannot guarantee container volumes will be available as some deals may have limited stock).
Q. Do you have a minimum order?
Our minimum order for is 1 full pallet, the standard pallet configuration is:
-height: 2.2m
-width: 1.2m
-Length: 1m
Q. Can I get a discount if I buy multiple pallets?
Any multiple pallet discounts can be found in the pricing information on the particular product.
Q. I would like to cancel my order, what should I do?
Please contact us by email (sales@palletprice.co.uk) or phone (07970 947021) to cancel your order however we cannot guarantee cancelling your order will always be possible as delivery instructions are sent real time as soon as orders are placed. If orders are already out for delivery you may need to pay additional delivery charges to cancel orders already processed for delivery.
Payment
Q. Can I pay by card?
Yes. We accept all major credit and debit cards (not American Express). You can also pay by PayPal and BACS.
Q. Can I pay offline by BACS or direct bank payment?
Yes, if you would like to pay offline via bank transfer please send payment to the following account. Please ensure your order number (shown on your order confirmation email) is entered in the reference field. Please note orders must be paid for within 24 hours to secure the stock.

BACS payments can take 3 days to clear, bill payments can take 24 hours. All payment must be fully cleared before goods are dispatched.
Q. Can I pay over the phone?
At present we cannot take card payments over the phone.
Q. Can I pay by cheque?
Unfortunately we cannot accept cheques due to processing time frames.
Delivery
Q. When will my order arrive?
Palletprice will aim to deliver all orders within 5 days of order completion. If the lead time is known to be longer this information will be provided in the details of the item. 1 - 3 day delivery service is available at an additional delivery charge.
Q. Who delivers the stock?
Palletprice uses a third party national network of approved haulage companies.
Q. I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
If you have not received your order please contact us by email or call 07970 947021 and our customer service team will be at hand to rectify the issues.
Q. I don't have a forklift, can I still buy from Palletprice?
Yes, for those customers who do not have a fork lift truck we will arrange for your order to be delivered in a vehicle which has a tail lift thus allowing your order to be unloaded manually.
